Day 1 Arrival Tehran
Arrival at Tehran airport (usually after midnight) where you will be met by our representative and taken to your hotel.
Day 2 Tehran
Tehran is a living and growing capital city where the most important events of both the ancient and modern history of Iran have taken place. Tehran is home to numerous museums and the most important collection of recent and ancient Persian art and artifacts. You can visit Sa’ad Abad Park where several residences were combined to form the summer palaces of the former Shah of  Iran. Another option is to visit the National Museum where an extensive collection gives you a good overview of the historical development of Iran. You can also visit Golestan Palace that dates back to Qajar dynasty which offers a window into the lives of nobles of the past. Or visit the National Jewel Museum, one of the best in the country featuring a world-renowned jewelry collection including “Daria-i- Noor” (Sea of Light), the world’s largest diamond.

*You cannot visit all of these in a day and you need to make a choice from those listed above. Museums in Tehran are open on different  days. If you want to visit a particular museum, please note the official opening days of that museum.
Day 3 Tehran - Kerman
Depending on the flight times you have some time in Tehran.
You will be transferred to the airport for the domestic flight to Kerman in the southeast of the country. Kerman is a pleasant city to stay with interesting sights in the city and the surrounding area. Surrounded by desert and mountains it lies at 1750 meters altitude and has a pleasant climate. Central to the city is the Ganjali square from the Safafid period. Here are some beautiful mosques, a nice bathhouse and the cozy bazaar. The bathhouse is a 17th century hamman and now decorated as a museum
Day 4 Kerman / excursion Rayen and Mahan
Today you take an interesting day trip to the towns of Mahan and Rayen. In Mahan you will find beautiful mausoleum, the shrine of Aramgeh-e Shah Nematolah Vali. This mausoleum is dedicated to a famous Sufi saint and the building is beautifully decorated with turquoise tiles. Outside of Mahan lies the beautiful garden of the Bagh-e Shahzde palace. Visiting a garden is a wonderful outing for Iranians. In a country that is as dry as Iran, every garden and water feature is a relief. Also in this garden, one of the most beautiful in the country, people like to come and have a picnic, stroll around or sit in the tea house. You will then visit the Rayen Citadel, a somewhat smaller version of the Bam site - but unlike Bam - it has remained largely intact. The medieval citadel was one of the most important attractions in the country. It is one of the largest mud structures in the world. Both towns are worth a visit.
day 5 Kerman - Yazd via Meymand, Zein-o Din, Saryazd and Fahraj
A beautiful, full day of travel today, where you will become acquainted with the rugged Iranian landscape. You drive in the transition zone between mountains and desert. Along the way you will visit the cave city of Meymand. This is one of the most characteristic troglodyte villages of Iran. The inhabitants live there in the winter months. In the summer they live a few dozen kilometers away to work the land. In the village you will find an old mosque and a Zoroastrian temple. On the way to Yazd you can visit the beautiful, century-old, round caravanserai of Zein-o Din (you can also spend the night here).
Saryazd is a charming village full of mud houses and an impressive castle on the outskirts of the village. Next stop is Fahraj, another desert town. Here is one of the oldest mosques in Iran. This is another town where life only starts in the evening. The typical 'badgirs' (wind towers) have been causing cool air to blow into the house for centuries. An age-old precursor of the air conditioning characteristic of this region. The end of the day is Yazd, one of the most beautiful cities in Iran and one of the nicest to stay in. In the well-preserved, beautiful old town there are now many restaurants, tea houses, hotels and shops.
Day 6 Yazd
Whole day visit of Yazd.
You will narrow streets lined with mud houses, especially around the central bazaar and the old town. These houses are characterized by typical “badgirs,” wind towers that were designed to catch and circulate the slightest breath of wind. It is ancient form of air conditioning. The mosques of Yazd are like no others and the magnificent Jame Mosque dominates the old city. Its remarkably high, tiled entrance, flanked with two magnificent minarets and adorned with an inscription from the 15th century, is simply superb. On the main Amir Chakhmaq square, you will find the stunning three-story façade of one of the finest tekyeh in the country. Tekyeh are places where traditional Muharram mourning ceremonies keep the memory of Imam Hussein, the 3rd Imam of Shiite, who was martyred at the Battle of Karbala in 680 A.D.
Day 7 Yazd - Persepolis via Pasargadae
After breakfast you will drive to Persepolis. On the way you can stop
at Pasargadae where the tomb of Cyrus, the founder of the Persian Empire, and the remains of the ancient capital are located.
You will sleep in and visit visit Persepolis, where the ruins of the glorious Achaemenid-style palace are a must-see for any trip to Iran. The palace is partially built into the side of the Kuh-e Rahmet Mountain and is where Darius the Great received offerings from all the nations of the vast Persian Empire. Not far from Persepolis are four royal tombs that have been carved into the mountain, including those of Darius the Great and Xerxes I.
Day 8 Persepolis - Shiraz
Shiraz, the city of nightingales, poetry and roses, is the center of Fars province. Fars has had a role of great significance in Iranian civilization. This province has the glorious cultural heritage of both the Achaemenid and Sassanian dynasties. Throughout Fars are monuments that reflect the rapid development of the province in both the pre-Islamic and Islamic eras. This city is famous for its poets and gardens. One of the most famous poets is Hafiz whose grave is in a small, quiet park. In the rear is a traditional tea house where you can enjoy sitting on cushions and drink sweet black tea or smoke a water pipe. It is also worthwhile to visit the lively Vakil Bazaar and stroll along the sand boulevard, where you will find many bookstores and other shops. You can also visit the Nasir–ol-Molk mosque where the morning sun shining through the stained glass windows creates a fantastic, colorful panorama on the floor of the main hall. Close to the mosque there is the Narenjestan Garden. This is a 19th-century garden that belonged to a wealthy family in the Qajar period.  You can also visit the mausoleum of Shah-e-Cheragh, the 3rd most important religious site in Iran. The wonderful lighting and mirrors of this shrine make it extraordinarily beautiful. You can see families pray, talk, and eat, and you can sit inside and experience it among them.
Day 9 Shiraz
Another day to explore the city of Poems. Stoll around the bazaar or relax in the gardens and chat with the locals about the poems of Hafez and Saadi.
Day 10 Shiraz - Isfahan
Today you travel to the most famous city in the country; the legendary Isfahan. Isfahan is a beautiful city and is the high point of Persian culture. You will be short of eyes to visit the many mosques, palaces, gardens, addresses and bazaars. In any case, you have plenty of time to view everything, start a conversation with a curious 'local' and look for the best souvenirs at the bazaar. Maybe you will take home a Persian carpet.
Day 11 Isfahan
In the center of the city is the 160 x 500 m Naqsh-e Jahan Square, also known as Imam Square. On either side are the Sheikh Lotfollah Mosque, the six-story Ali Qapo Palace and the Imam Mosque (Masjed-e-Emam). This last mosque you should visit at sunrise and sunset. You will be amazed how different it looks every time. If you are looking for a moment of tranquility you will find it in a tea house near the bazaar. Here you can take a break from the sometimes overwhelming sites of the square, and regroup before exploring the bazaar. The immense bazaar is divided into sections, each offering their own products. Rugs, antiques, gold jewelry, clothing, pots and pans, books, water pipes,... . everything is sold here.
Day 12 Isfahan
There is still much more to do in this wonderful city. Don’t forget to visit the Friday Mosque, the Christian and Armenian quarter of Jolfa, the impressive cemetery of Golestan-e-Shohada where the victims of the Iran-Iraq war are buried, and the “moving” minarets of Menar Jomban.
Day 13 Isfahan - Kashan via Abyaneh
Today you leave Isfahan toward Kashan. On the way you will stop in
Abyaneh, a beautiful mountain village located at the foot of Mt. Carcass. This is a village of living traditions and red clay architecture. All the people here wear traditional costumes, like the long white floral scarves worn by the women. The mosque with its wooden mihrab also shouldn't be missed. Via steep paths you can climb up to the ruins of several castles and enjoy a splendid view of the town. In the late afternoon you arrive in Isfahan, the most famous city in the country, Isfahan. This gorgeous city is the pinnacle of Persian culture. There are countless mosques, palaces, gardens, bazaars and madrasa to visit. You will have enough time to see everything and to look for the best souvenirs at the bazaar. Maybe you will take home a Persian rug.
Day 14 Kashan
Whole day to visit Kashan, a pretty oasis town with a bustling bazaar, some great trading houses and one of the country's most famous gardens: the Fin Garden. You will spend whole afternoon visiting the pleasant oasis town of Kashan with its marvelous merchant houses and one of the country’s most famous gardens, The Fin Garden.  The most beautiful houses of wealthy merchants are close together in the west part of the town.  You can visit beautifully decorated rooms with colored murals and amazing stained glass windows in the Tabatabi house or nearby in the Abbasi house. The Brujerdi house, the Samovars merchant, has pretty garden and the most beautiful frescos from the hand of “Kamal al Molk,” a famous Iranian artist.  Nearby is one of the finest Hammams (baths) in Iran: Hammam–e Sultan Ahmed Mir that features multiple rooms of beautifully colored tiles. You can see the magnificent view of Kashan from the roof of the building.  Visiting the beautiful Fin Garden is the highlight of the city. There is also a small bazaar, and don't miss the beautiful caravanserai and tea house.
